[Coral-List] green reef water

Hello all - we observed temporary areas of bright green (like antifreeze
green) water in the shallows around Fort Jefferson last week, in Dry
Tortugas National Park.  Bright sunny daytime conditions.  This has been
reported in previous years near the August and September full moons.  We
figured something was spawning...anyone seen this before and know what it
