Hi everyone,
If anyone has students looking for a field class on coral reef
conservation, I will be teaching a class in Bonaire in January 2020.  Here
are the details:

Location: Bonaire
Dates:  Jan 04-15 2020
Course Code:  Coral Reef Conservation (NRS 475) at the University of Rhode
Island
Credits: 3
Description:  The class is designed to be interdisciplinary and is open to
students of all majors.  The goals is learn about important global marine
conservation issues, to learn to use the interdisciplinary theory for
marine conservation, and to develop the hands-on SCUBA-based skills to put
the ideas in practice.
Requirements:  Open-water SCUBA certification, completion of a SCUBA
medical, DAN insurance.
Transfer Credit:  Some non-URI students have taken the class previously and
transferred the credit at the senior undergraduate or graduate level.
