NOAA's Coral Reef Conservation Program has published a draft programmatic
environmental impact statement to consider all foreseeable environmental
effects of our activities, including grant projects that fund critical reef
preservation and restoration activities that are vital to the long term
health of the ocean and its ecosystem and support the blue economy which is
