[Coral-List] F. kawagutii genome

Hi,

how come the genome for the very same (Symbiodinium) Fugacium kawagutii 
(ITS2 type F1) is 1.07 Gb here (http://symbs.reefgenomics.org/) and 1.18 
Gb here (http://web.malab.cn/symka_new/)? Is this just due to technical 
aspects on how it was sequenced?
