What I meant to say was that a link Doug Fenner provided in his recent post (https://theconversation.com/beaches-are-banning-sunscreens-to-save-coral-reefs-112729)  was the “perfect article on sunscreens” in that it framed the issue coherently and provided essential context.  Thanks to Isabelle Côté for a much needed dose of precise and articulate clarity.  We need more of that!
