[Coral-List] Collection of the existing written admiration for corals and reefs

 Dear colleagues,

The breath-taking beauty of the coral world was marveled by masters of
writing long time ago.  Unfortunately, lately coral reef ecosystem lost
enormously of its vivid colors, perfect shapes and majestic structures.  In
only one generation time the adoration transformed into preoccupation for
their conservation.  The witnesses of this ecosystem devastation are called
to preserve the written admiration for reefs and their engineers, the
corals.  With its nearly 10,000 subscribers representing all languages and
cultures in the planet dealing with coral reefs, Coral-List is the best
place to attack such idea.  The attempt was started with Internet in
English, however only a joint efforts of colleagues in all languages might
promise a global cultural coverage.  The proposed project is entirely for
volunteers.  The result will be online with free access for everybody.  It
could be finished and presented as a green document during Bremen
Symposium, and the collected material should be useful for the ongoing
decisive environmental struggle.
