[Coral-List] ICRS Proceedings pre-2008 and Reefbase

I find that going directly to Reefbase www.reefbase.org  works for me.  I
then click on publications, then on ICRS proceedings, and so on and it
works fine for me.  Using links from Google may not work, I understand.
