Thanks to the Davis-Thompson Foundation, a FREE full-day seminar on coral diseases and how they are studied using histopathology will be presented by Drs. Thierry Work (USGS National Wildlife Health Center Honolulu Field Station), Esther Peters (George Mason University), Matti Kiupel (Michigan State University), Michelle Dennis (University of Tennessee), Aine Hawthorn (USGS National Wildlife Health Center), and Jan Landsberg (Florida Fish and Wildlife Research Institute). The seminar is approved for 4 credits by the ACVP Maintenance of Certification Committee and for 8 hours of RACE continuing education credit. (Non-veterinarians can just take it!)
