NOAA's Coral Reef Conservation Program has published a final programmatic
environmental impact statement to consider all foreseeable environmental
effects of our activities, including NOAA and external grant projects that
fund critical reef preservation and restoration activities that are vital
to the long term health of the ocean and its ecosystem and support the blue
economy, which is important to many state, local, tribal  and private
sector interests.
