[Coral-List] OTEC around coral reefs

For all you folks posting temperature profiles and info from the Pacific,
re a possible OTEC installation near Bonaire.
The oceans and their temperature profiles are actually different.....in
addition to lots of variability within an ocean, or in its adjacent basins.

I'm reminded of a time I was working in the Oceanography division of an ASW
lab. A guy from the Operations Research Group came to me and asked if I had
a temperature profile from the Atlantic Ocean. I said yes, and he said,
"Great! I've got one from the Pacific and now I can finish my report."
