Because, in the end,  paraphrasing Soylent Green: "Greenhouse emissions are People!!!" Industrial animal agriculture, one of the larger sources of greenhouse gases hasn't been affected by COVID-19 especially now that animal killing factories (i.e. "processing plants") have been declared essential businesses.
