[Coral-List] Astrangia poculata transcriptome

Hi all,

I hope everyone is staying well in these uncertain times.

In case it is of interest to anyone on the listserv, our research team has
been working with the facultatively symbiotic coral *Astrangia poculata,* We
have generated a transcriptome and associated annotation files for this
coral species from aposymbiotic tissues and these files are publicly
available here:
http://sites.bu.edu/davieslab/data-code/

It should be noted that these data are fairly sparse (1*50bp reads) and
there is a genome for this species forthcoming from the wider
*Astrangia *group.
However, in case these data might be of interest, we figured we would make
them available, especially given that many ECRs are
considering bioinformatic research questions due to COVID-19.
