Despite MACNA 2020 being canceled, the MASNA Student Scholarship Program
will continue!

In light of the current global situation, it is more important than ever to
provide crucial support to early-career marine scientists.

This year there are two scholarships available; one $4,000 scholarship for
a college undergraduate student (incoming and current undergraduate
students), and one $4,000 scholarship for a college graduate student
(incoming and current graduate students).

The 2020 – 2021 MASNA Student Scholarships will be publicly awarded to the
recipients at the 33rd annual Marine Aquarium Conference of North America
(MACNA) in 2021, location to be announced.

Financial assistance will be made available for the successful applicants
to attend MACNA 2021.

The 2020 – 2021 MASNA Student scholarships are made possible by our

The deadline for submission is June 5, 2020, by midnight of the submitting
applicant’s time zone.
