[Coral-List] Good news for the Colombian Eastern Pacific

Dear colleagues,

The Colombian National Infrastructure Agency (ANI) confirmed that the
company Sociedad Promotora Proyecto Arquímedes, was definitely ruled out.
It was interested in carrying out the construction of the Tribugá Port, in
Chocó, but it did not comply with one of the legal procedures: A serious
guarantee. For ANI,  is not valid.

This ptoject had been generating controversy in the country in recent
years, since it would impact negatively: the Hope Spot Tribuga, the coral
formations at Utria National Park, the whales migration and other harmed
living beings and ecosystems as well to the fishers communities.
