[Coral-List] A Very Useful Report (Douglas Fenner)

Katy--I think the esteemed members of the Coral-list, especially NOAA
representatives on the list, should be made aware of unredressed impacts
to our marine environment, especially in U.S. waters, in the hope that
through their individual and collective influence, pressure can be applied
so that action is taken to eliminate or reduce those impacts. The recent
release of contaminated water in Oahu, Hawaii, is a perfect example of a
policy of dumping by the military that has gone on for far too long. Can't
someone in NOAA talk to someone who can do something to once and for all
stop this?

All the best, DeeVon
