The Nature Conservancy’s Hawai‘i Chapter is recruiting for a Senior Coral Reef Resilience Scientist. The Nature Conservancy is a global conservation organization dedicated to conserving the lands and waters on which all life depends. Guided by science, our teams create innovative, on-the-ground solutions to our world's toughest challenges so that nature and people can thrive together.

The Hawai‘i Senior Coral Reef Resilience Scientist designs scientific studies, surveys, and assessments; collects, manages, and analyzes coastal and marine data; prepares reports and publications to disseminate conservation science findings; and guides, manages, and coordinates scientific investigations with Marine and other conservation program staff. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience designing, implementing and coordinating multi-site coral restoration projects at regional scales and preparing technical reports summarizing coral reef resilience and restoration projects.

Ideally, this position will be based out of a TNC office located in Hawai‘i but other locations may be considered.
