A short video of a project in Indonesia that attaches corals to steel
"stars" that are bent so the corals are held above the bottom. They are
restoring reef, check out how they have restored as much as 40,000 m2 of
reef, and the video of what it looks like when the corals have grown. They
get help from the Nature Conservancy and have a corporate sponsor. It is
super unusual for a restoration project to restore that much area.

A very short video of attaching corals to lego blocks and suspending them
in water so they will grow. In Singapore. Sounds like it was all in
aquaria, they are not ready to plant them out on the reef yet.
