I think Alina and Sarah are right.  As for recreational fishing, last time
I was in the Florida Keys, there were recreational speed boats everywhere,
more than I've ever seen anywhere else in my life, by several orders of
magnitude.  Boat dealers, boat storage, boat docks, boats behind houses.
And then there is the annual 2 day recreational lobster season, when 50,000
divers take over 80% of the lobsters.
