Dear all,

Galaxea, Journal of Coral Reef Studies is the English language, free access, journal published by the Japanese Coral Reef Society.
Since 50 years in Okinawa, Japan, the Sesoko Station of the University of the Ryukyus contributes to coral reef research. At the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the station, we issued a special volume dedicated to research made in the station or on the reefs surrounding Sesoko Island.
I invite you to take a look at the various papers published in this special volume (see below).

The standard issues of the journal are not exclusively focused on Japanese research, and we welcome any submissions related to coral reef studies.

Contact information and instructions to authors can be found here: www.jcrs.jp/publications/instructions/GalaxeaSubmitGLineENG.pdf <http://www.jcrs.jp/publications/instructions/GalaxeaSubmitGLineENG.pdf>
