International University is recruiting for several new positions to support
Mission: Iconic Reefs, a bold 20-year initiative to restore coral reefs in
the Florida Keys:

(**NEW**) The *Mission: Iconic Reefs Communications Coordinator* will
be responsible
for promoting and protecting the Mission: Iconic Reefs (M:IR) brand through
communications, digital media channels, partner collaboration and media
relations.

(Previously shared) The *Mission: Iconic Reefs Data Manager* (classified
within FIU as a Data Analyst III position) will serve as the technical lead
for all data and information management under Mission: Iconic Reefs (M:IR)
within the Florida Keys, including managing an independent FKNMS and
partner database and workflows, leading the curation and quality control of
all data sources, advising on best practices to improve data collection,
developing tools and techniques to streamline data entry, and collaborating
with the M:IR team to create queries to answer key questions for
implementation and assessment of M:IR.

Coordinator *will be responsible for designing, implementing  and
coordinating the day-to-day activities of the Iconic Reef Guardians
program, and supporting other Mission: Iconic Reefs (M:IR) volunteer
stewardship programs and education and outreach activities within FKNMS.
The Iconic Reef Guardians program will empower scuba divers and snorkelers
to learn about and contribute to M:IR coral reef restoration activities.
