[Coral-List] World Coral Reef Awareness Day was on June 1st

[International Coral Reef Observatory]

Dear Colleagues,

Yesterday was a day to remember that the most effective way to protect
corals is to effectively protect the whole coral reef ecosystem.


World Coral Reef Awareness Day helps to create awareness among various
business communities and the general public about the fragile ecological
system of our oceans' coral reefs.

We participate during june 1st and today #LeadingByExample in the
UN Global Compact Leaders Summit

to remember the relevance of protecting effectively coral reefs when
implementing SDG14 to advance in the international success of SDGs
