We are happy to announce that registration for the first virtual International Sclerochronology Conference (vISC) is now open!


Ahead of the 6th International Sclerochronology Conference in Tokyo (May 2023), the vISC will be held 13-15 September 2022. The program will include virtual presentations from early-career researchers, keynote talks and panels from more senior scientists, and community discussions and networking for all. IMPORTANT DATES

15 July - Abstract submission deadline (presentations are invited from early-career researchers only)

15 August - Registration deadline

13-15 September 2022 - Virtual International Sclerochronology Conference


ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

We invite early-career researchers to share their research on sclerochronological archives, such as corals, mollusks shells, fish otoliths, coralline algae, and many others!  We seek contributions on all topics from climate and ocean science, archaeology and human history, biology, mineralogy, ecology, and other areas spanning the field of sclerochronology.

REGISTRATION
