The Grant Coordinator will perform the following duties:

   - Evaluate and execute agency programs (Cooperative Agreements/Grants)
   to ensure operational effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with
   governing policies, laws, and regulations for the Coral Reef Conservation
   Program (CRCP).
   - Apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to study and
   resolve issues related to the efficiency and effectiveness of the grant and
   cooperative agreement program operations for the CRCP.
   - Oversee internal controls to ensure applicable administrative and
   technical responsibilities associated with the agreements and grants
   support are properly conducted and to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and
   timeliness.
   - Partner with customers and stakeholders on implementation and
   monitoring of grants and cooperative agreements to increase successful
   obligation of external funding in support of the Coral Reef Conservation
   Program's Strategic Plan.
