hi muthu
tissue seperation form the skeleton involves
dissolving the calcium....so mild acid will do...
it is also important to know the purpose for the
tissue seperation.
for histology, I decalcify the tissue in 1:1
mixture of 20% citric acid and 50% formic acid...
it works very well for me.....but it takes long
time......it gives best result if you keep for
overnight with changes every 3-4 hours.....
