[Coral-List] Symbiodinium Cultures

Hello Listserve,
We are graduate students working with Symbiodinium cultures. We have a 
question about their tendency to go into motile stages. We would like to 
know if there is a way to keep them in their non-motile stage or encourage 
them to return to a non-motile stage once they have already become 
flagellated. Also, we are having trouble getting consistency in our growth 
curves and if someone has been able to generate one, we would appreciate 
knowing the growth rate you have calculated for comparison purposes.
