Dear colleague,

I am forwarding a postdoc opportunity for a person to work in my group 
(https://www.marinesymbiomes.eu/) based at the Genoa Marine Center 
(GMC), a territorial seat of the Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn (SZN), 
Italy.

The position will focus on the study of diversity and function of 
host-associated and free-living microbes, to evaluate their role in 
promoting the success of model associations between seagrasses and 
invertebrates. In particular, we will focus on two study systems: i) 
Posidonia oceanica and the sponge Chondrilla nucula and ii) Cymodocea 
nodosa and the lucinid bivalve Loripes orbiculatus.
