Rapid assessment for coral disease

Dear List-

I am looking for a rapid assessment method for coral
disease in the Dominican Repúblic.  I would greatly
appreciate any information on a rapid assessment
method for assessing coral disease.  I am aware of the
modified CARICOMP method, but am looking for
alternatives.
