[Coral-List] Help for a proposal for constructing coral nurseries

Hi there, 

I am in the early stages of a proposal for constructing nurseries for asexual rearing of corals as well as rearing coral larvae for initial coral growth before transplantation into the sea around the Kish Island in the northern Persian Gulf. Does anyone have the experience to share with of building these with a supply chain for materials?
