Hi Thomas,

yes, they are actually different genome assemblies from the same *F.
kawagutii*.
The first one (http://web.malab.cn/symka_new/) was produced by Lin et al. (
*Science* 2015). The second one (http://symbs.reefgenomics.org/), from our
group (Liu et al. *Communications Biology* 2018), combined the sequencing
data that we generated with that from the first assembly.
Also, if you are planning to use the predicted genes/proteins, it would be
better to use the revised data (
https://cloudstor.aarnet.edu.au/plus/s/JXALPndBKLNYgF9), also from our
group (Chen et al. *bioRxiv* 2019).
