[Coral-List] issue with registering on ReefBase?

Hi all, I am working with some students conducting a semester-long project
that heavily involves the use of ReefBase. The site was down for a little
while, and is now back up, but some of them are getting the message "Sorry,
an error occurred" when trying to register a new account. I tried to
contact ReefBase via the site as I can log into my existing account, but
get the same error message when submitting a message. I have also tried
emailing folks at the Global Coral Reef Monitoring Network, International
Coral Reef Action Network, and the World Fish Center, but no luck.
