Health rating of Fl. Keys Reef

	About the problem of the diving magazines writing things that are  
not precisely  true, the same happened for years when they refered  
to Cabo Pulmo reef, at the Gulf of California. Even "Skin diver", the  
foremost authority (or so they say) said in the 70'\s and 80's that Pulmo  
was a protected area; it was not. Why they don't bother in asking the  
right people about it, instead of just "write what they see"? Now,  
could that be a problem when other people (decision -makers) read about  
it? Saludos, banda.
