Hi Esther,

Thanks for the very kind reply.  The pictures are from 1986 and 1987. I am
convinced that the best way to use these pictures would be in a project
which you, as the recognized specialist in the area, will lead.  This way
the data of early surveys on Caribbean coral diseases will meet
contemporary coral knowledge. I would try my best to be useful, however, my
YOB and the project on the volume *Coral Reefs of Cuba* for the Springer
Series *Coral Reefs of the World *(with more than a hundred coauthors)
limit my efficiency.
