The Guam Coral Reef Initiative is seeking applicants for a Watershed Management Coordinator position!  The Guam Coral Reef Initiative (GCRI) is a program of the Guam Department of Agriculture’s Division of Aquatic and Wildlife Resources. GCRI’s goal is to provide a comprehensive program for the conservation and management of Guam’s coral reef ecosystems. GCRI’s work includes environmental restoration projects, management planning, ecological monitoring, disaster response, and education and outreach.

GCRI is hiring a full-time Watershed Management Coordinator to coordinate with various stakeholder groups to implement watershed protection activities, coordinate the development and implementation of new watershed managements plan, and lead education/outreach events for the community.

Applications will be accepted through March 31, 2024.  This position is a limited term Biologist III appointment with the Government of Guam ($54,918/year) and includes benefits.  Questions may be directed to Ashton Williams (ashton.williams at doag.guam.gov).
