[Coral-List] Management, Policy, and Monitoring responses to the Caribbean bleaching event

Dear Colleagues,
We're interested in a "rack-up" of efforts being planned or implemented to
respond to coral bleaching associated with the current El Nino /climate
change, including: implementing temporary or new protected areas,
strengthening fisheries management, influencing policies related to marine
conservation or greenhouse gases, constituency building, support for
reef-dependent human communities, monitoring, translocation/restoration, or
other innovations I may have missed.

I would appreciate responses pointing me to an existing summary of
initiatives or identifying specific projects.  Please feel free to write me
